Ok. Visiting the Apple movie trailer site wasn’t a good idea. I’ve got things to do today. But here are a handful of movies that officially have my interest:

The Island
A different type of clone war featuring Clone Wars veteran Ewan McGregor. The official site‘s story background sounded vaguely familiar. I’ll be damned if this McGregor flick is a remake of The Clonus Horror. Who says watching MST3K was time wasted?
Zathura
You hear those drums? That’s the sound of Jumanji coming to kick your ass for writing the same story twice. Zathura, however, has the benefit of 21st century movie effects.
Batman Begins
You bet your ass I’m putting $7 on this flick.
House of D
David Duchovny sports a goatee. Robin Williams puts another dramtic role under his belt. Erykah Badu acts!
Corpse Bride
An outcast finds their way through a world of normals. Must be a Tim Burton movie.
Bigger than the Sky
An unremarkable guy who has a dull life, doesn’t go anywhere interesting and can’t find the right woman earns the part of Cyrano in the local theatre. My life summed up in a sentence. Though I’ve never played the part of that big nosed guy.
Maybe I should.
Red Eye
It’s a comedy?
“No.”
It’s a sickening bullshit fate-will-have-its-way Hollywood romance?
“Not even. It’s a new film by Wes Craven.”
Ah, so trying to re-capture Scream in a bottle?
“Bingo!”
