Case Opened
This little guy is 19 year-old master detective Jimmy Kudo who was, through the magic of anime plot twists, drugged up and de-aged into a nine year-old. He now goes by the name of Conan Edogawa and keeps his real identity secret to those he loves while he looks for the people who attacked him and tries to find a way to retrun to his real age.
*whew*
I dig the show, now playing on Adult Swim, and decided to throw together a simple animation to prove it.
All I needed was a clear pic of Conan.

Interregnum
It?s Election Day.
CNN TV news reported on a Florida woman who voted for Kerry and other Democrats, only to find that the electronic machine had reversed all of her votes. Shocked, she raised a hullabaloo and eventually got an attorney and made them switch out the machine.
Good on her.
In other news, while watching The Kings: From Babylon to Baghdad, I discover History Channel began running World Conquerors week on November 1st. Someone in HC has a wicked sense of humor.

Hang Around
This little lady is Spider-Girl aka May “May Day” Parker. She is the daughter of Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson-Parker in an alternate universe (it’s a Marvel thing).
Her book has been saved once or twice by the writing campaigns of many a fanboy. She’s also one of the few Marvel comics with a female main character.
I’ve picked a few up. They’re a decent read.
