For a long while we debated on this. It’s one of the most important decisions a Whovian can make. Who is your favorite Doctor. Tom Baker(4th Doctor) was our first Doctor and will always have a place in our geek hearts. Then came Tennant and we ate up his brash shoutyness with glee.
And then came the Matt Smith Doctor under the capable direction of Steven Moffatt. Our nation was split. After the Christmas episode and the most recent episode “Let’s Kill Hitler!” ..well. You win, Smith/Moffatt.
You win both our hearts.

We love it when he gets all timey wimey wibbley wobbley.
We also love it when Mofffat asks the questions that all hard-core geeks undoubtedly get into fights over at 3 in the morning on Friday nights. He is truly One Of Us.

What are you lads and lasses waiting on, eh?! Before you go, Watch/listen to the 11th Doctor(Matt Smith) jam with Orbital covering the Who theme for what has to be the billionth time.
Don’t get us wrong. Each time is magical.
Pity Moffat didn’t use this theme for the series 5 opening. There’s always a chance for series 6, we suppose.
