Official Synopsis
Atomic Robo: Last Stop will be a fully animated extension of the already vast Atomic Robo universe. This new short film will bring fan favorite characters to life in a traditionally produced, digital animation. “While Atomic Robo: Last Stop isn’t a direct adaptation, we’ve paid very close attention to the Graphic Novels and are determined to stay as true to the subject material as humanly possible. People love Robo too much for me to try and mess with the formula,” said director Joseph W. Krzemienski.

As teasers go, it fulfilled the duty of giving just enough to whet our animation appetites.
Why We’ll Watch the Movie:
Atomic Robo is a robot created by the power(see: knowledge) of Tesla. That’s all we really needed to know.

Tesla Motors announced that it has received all regulatory approvals to import the first production Tesla roadster, code-named P1, for sale. While P1 will immediately be given to company chairman Elon Musk, an estimated 600 customers who have signed pre-orders for the car will have to patient for several more months: Series production of the car is scheduled to begin on March 17 of this year.

One of the more controversial topics involving Nikola Tesla is what became of many of his technical and scientific papers after he died in 1943. Just before his death at the height of World War II, he claimed that he had perfected his so-called “death beam.” So it was natural that the FBI and other U.S. Government agencies would be interested in any scientific ideas involving weaponry. Some were concerned that Tesla’s papers might fall into the hands of the Axis powers or the Soviets.
The morning after the inventor’s death, his nephew Sava Kosanovic´ hurried to his uncle’s room at the Hotel New Yorker. He was an up-and-coming Yugoslav official with suspected connections to the communist party in his country. By the time he arrived, Tesla’s body had already been removed, and Kosanovic´ suspected that someone had already gone through his uncle’s effects. Technical papers were missing as well as a black notebook he knew Tesla kept—a notebook with several hundred pages, some of which were marked “Government.”
