7 Fully Funded Kickstarter Projects We’re Looking Forward to Watching/Reading
Dropped below the cut, in no particular order, are seven successfully funded Kickstarter projects that are on their way to becoming reality or are ready to be in your hands. It covers projects from HOMEWARD BOUND with zombies, a cat that fights The Devil, Wonder Woman, comics, apps for comics, and the end of space trucking.
Have a look, why don’t you?
The History of the Universe as Told by Wonder Woman
In the project video there’s one guy who can’t stand Batman. Seriously? What the hell is that guy’s problem? Anyway, Wonder Woman is on that short list of female superheroes that everybody knows but no one has really studied her impact of being the lone standing kick-ass Amazonian hanging out in what is generally an all boys club since the 1950s. then along comes these documentarians with this project.
Over here at Wonder Woman Central, we wish we could tell you that with this support in hand, it’s nothing but blue skies and smooth sailing ahead, but the fact is, of course, and as those of you in the film business already know, that it takes quite a lot to get a film off the drawing boards and onto the big screen. This $10,000 figure represents, really, a starting point, albeit a starting point that comes with the film already well on its way to completion. The more money we raise here the sooner we can complete the film.
But to be clear, this campaign has already demonstrated a level of support and enthusiasm that we hope will prove invaluable as we approach more “deep pocket” funders to help us wrap up the editing of the rough cut and proceed onward through the rest of the project. So we’re very, very grateful for the support you’ve shown us. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU and thank you again!

The Last Shuttle
As the last shuttle goes up, it will be covered like never before. For Space Bastards everywhere.
Our focus is telling the story of the amazing Space Shuttle program, including behind the scenes activities and the people, from plumbers to astronauts, who were involved in making it happen. We are capturing this story not only with photography and cinematography, but also, infrared, surround sound, 360 VR and 3D motion and stills. We are creating not only a documentary but an immersive experience.

PLAY DEAD: The cutest zombie apocalypse movie EVER MADE
People want to see Homeward Bound meets a zombie apocalypse, they just don’t know it yet.
We can easily argue this point to death. We’re trying our damndest to let go of the fact the zombie meme is a bit over-tired(not counting The Walking Dead comic or TV series, of course.) having said that we must admit, the tales of humanity’s canine companions during the zombie apocalypse has not been explored. We’re willfully not counting Zack Snyder’s bit with the dog in his remake of DAWN OF THE DEAD. That dog had an annoying human master holding it back.
Check out their proper trailer:
A zombie apocalypse unites a ragtag pack of dogs in the ruined streets of Miami. Immune to the epidemic, they must stick together to survive in the midst of ferocious undead and human survivors. Sit. Stay. Play dead…

The Wormworld Saga App
Look below the project video and see this won’t be just an app. It will be a super app!
The app is NOT meant to replace the free online version of the Wormworld Saga Graphic Novel. I firmly believe in “freeconomics” and the Wormworld Saga App is designed to be a premium content for true fans of the project. It will feature:
a higher quality (less JPG-compressed) artwork
you will be able to switch off the word balloons
you will be able to switch to a grayscale preliminary version of the graphic novel which I will enhance with commentary in order to document the creation of every chapter
the app will include “The Art of the Wormworld Saga”, a digital “living” artbook which will be updated frequently with the latest sketches, concept artworks and even “how to”-videos which will provide deep insights into the creation of the graphic novel and digital painting in general.
The app will be free to download and every chapter will be sold individually inside the app. The digital artbook will be unlocked and updated automatically with every purchased chapter.
